• You initiated the return request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The jewelry is in its original condition, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry items may not be eligible for returns, depending on the circumstances.

1.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer support team at vanguardversesofficial@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Package the jewelry securely and include the RA number on the outside of the package.
• Ship the item to the address provided by our customer support team.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for compliance with our return policy, we will process the refund using the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

2.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
